About Taro Ishida:
Born in Japan and raised in New Zealand, Taro has a diverse career in business development, project management, and partnership management within the tech and media sectors. Prior to founding Sekihan, he was at KrASIA managing partnerships in Southeast Asia’s startup ecosystem. Before joining KrASIA, Taro worked at a New Zealand-based adtech/mobile app development startup in Singapore. There, he was involved in project and product management, business development, and ad operations, collaborating with international telco’s. Taro graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.
